Wow! Lots of Potential for Project Idea Density

Wow!  So Many Civil Engineers!

This author is surprised -- who would have thunk it that there are so many Civil Engineers in central Texas.  

Key Stats of Note: 

• 143,000 square miles,
• ~20.5 million folks [1],
• 13079 Civil Engineers "Active" [2]
• One Civil Engineer for every ~1570 persons
• If spread evenly: One CE for every 110 Sq Miles.

This is an amazing density of knowledge and skills.  Surely we can find a few with projects left hanging from the 2007-2008 fiscal crisis.  Good ideas sprout from people and situations.
