Amazing -- without even trying very hard -- and with almost zero public exposure -- the TX Restarts team has been "pinged" by a least one real estate broker.
Even more amazing? The broker wanted to convince hard working Dwarfs (Dwarves?) that only a "Handsome Prince" broker can kiss sleeping Snow White development prospects -- bringing them back to life -- and overcome the Zombie witch poison of the 2007-2008 downturn.
Here at TX Restarts we are laughing -- "Wot? That is all you do for your 6% commission? Just be handsome and kiss some Zombie lips? How does that add value to potential project?"
Of course, brokers who really do not know how to add value to a project will tell you that "being handsome" is magic in -- and of -- itself. Stands alone. No need to sweat a little -- and add value to promote the prospect. From history -- we know better.
